The historic Barter Theatre in Abingdon Virginia is well known in our area of the country. They used the barter system when they first opened for those who wanted to come see the shows. This was a photo I took and then altered taking out the parking posts, and other "modern" touches. It was then given a poster drawing effect.
Denise Beverly is a photographer, digital artist and surface pattern designer living in the beautiful mountain area of East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. She is a wife, mother, and believer in Christ. Her work honors creation and the beauty that surrounds us. Choosing Scripture specifically for her photography is a particular love of hers.
